Car Insurance Accident Report I'm From NH. How Do I Report A Car Accident With No Insurance/registration?

I'm from NH. How do I report a car accident with no insurance/registration? - car insurance accident report

I was rear end by someone yesterday while driving in AD. No one was injured and was not to blame. I'm from New Hampshire, where they are required to have car insurance. The problem is that the registration has expired on my car.

How can this process go to repair the car by another insurance company have? In addition, the police were not called and the offending person is a resident is MA if these things make the difference.

The masses must be insured. Period. No matter where you are.
NH requires that the financial responsibility - not the same as uninsured. If you choose not insured, must be able to pay.

Here is a link to a form of accident report: http://www.mass.gov/rmv/forms/accident.h ...

The mass is a "no fault" state - or may not have to pay their own damages.

Driving without a valid record means they broken two laws while driving on the fair
I have no clue how this will affect things.
